That the minutes of the Strategic Planning & Economic Development Committee Meeting held on 19 June 2012 be confirmed and the recommendations contained in the Minutes be adopted.
Paul Holding, Chief Executive Officer, Reverend John Morrison Chair of Ashfield Baptist Homes Board and Minister at Ashfield Baptist Church and Ian Grey (Consultant) of Ashfield Baptist Homes presented at 7.45pm – 8.08pm regarding a development application to be lodged at Queen Street, Ashfield for a retirement village.
