GENERAL BUSINESS

 

Best wishes for Reg Wood

 

In response to questions from members Council advised that Reg Wood has been ill for some weeks. He will be out of hospital soon. Council has sent a card wishing him a speedy recovery.

Members acknowledged Council’s work in the construction of the retaining wall.

 

Western Suburbs District Cricket.

Agreed that Council officers will meet with WSDC and CDSA to discuss the performance of Green  Options and condition of the pitch.

Reported the annual exhibition was a great success.  26 artists and 70 pieces of exceptional quality were exhibited. This included 7 award and gallery artists. Sales and attendance were both improved on previous year.
